Something Interesting Has Begun 36: Would the real Harry Osborn please stand up?

Peter was getting annoyed of being trapped in his room. He knew that he had to stay in his bed to let his wound heal, sure he had super advance spider healing but since it nicked an artery it was taking longer than usual to heal up.

"Knock, knock." Gwen poked her head into her boyfriend's room.

"I come bearing gifts." She entered the room, arms full of movies, video games, school books and some Chinese takeout in a bag hanging on her arm.

"You are a goddess." Peter gushed, sitting up slowly in his bed.

"I know, but I like hearing it once and a while." Gwen grinned as she set down her items. "So. Movie or video games?"

"Movie, I can't really get the right movement for video games." Peter admitted. "I feel like my manliness just decreased right there."

"No manliness decreasing here, after all the only reason you can't play is because you got a stab wound from taking on a messed up version of my boss."

Gwen made a face. "If I think about it, it's really messed up."

"Don't I know it right?" Peter groaned.

"So ready for some mindless action?" Gwen fanned the DVD copy of Transformers in her face.

"With my favorite girl, for sure." Peter grinned happily as Gwen inserted the disk into a slot on the wall by the door and the lights dimmed as she hopped back onto the bed, she sat beside her boyfriend cross legged.

"So beef chow mein, that would be yours… Veggie chow mein is mine. I got some egg rolls, chicken balls and of course fortune cookies." She pulled the boxes of Chinese out of the white plastic bag.

"I repeat the fact that you are a goddess." Peter was almost drooling as he got a whiff of the food's scent.

"And I still like hearing this fact, now shush. I love Optimus's voice." Gwen waved her plastic fork at her boyfriend as the narration of the movie began.

Peter quietly laughed and dug in on his Chinese food and the duo watched the movie, making jokes and laughing at the ones made in the movie itself. Gwen had expressed her love for the autobot's numerous times throughout the movie and each time Peter asked if he should be jealous of a giant transforming robot. Gwen just smiled cheekily and didn't answer the question.

The first movie turned into the second… Then the third and half way through the third the duo were asleep, curled around each other. Jarvis clicked off the movie and turned off the lights completely. He also took a photo of the two, knowing the couple and sir would love a photo of it later on.

"There he is! How is the stomach doing bro?" Wade hugged Peter, after shutting the latter's locker.

"All healed up." Peter hugged Wade back.

"So that means I can sock you one and it won't hurt?" Wade asked, rearing his arm back. Peter spun out of the way with a warning look on his face.

"Don't even think about it." Peter warned.

"I won't, scouts honor." Wade swore.

"Like you were a scout." Peter scoffed and Wade just grinned.

"Ready for some health class? Sex Ed today." Wade wiggled his eyebrows.

"Ugh, why did I came back to school today?" Peter groaned dramatically. "I'll see you in class, have to duck into the bathroom for a moment."

"Don't you dare run off and leave me alone in that class." Wade called after Peter's retreating form.

"I promise!" Peter called back as he entered the bathroom. He was alone so he started to do his business, when he thought he heard something. He finished and exited the stall. He looked around, but the room was still empty. He squatted down to see if there was anyone else in the bathroom. The stalls were empty… Well until the final stall, he saw someone sitting against the stall with his legs sprawled out. This guy wasn't moving, so Peter kicked in the door and stared at the teen inside the stall.

"Harry? Harry! Hey are you okay?" Peter knelt next to Harry's body; he put his fingers on Harry's pulse point. He held his breath until he found one and it was steady and slow.

"Thank god, hey… Harry wake up, come on and wake up." Peter pleaded with his friend who was a lot more pale than usual. Peter let a sigh of relief as Harry's blue eyes fluttered open; they were dull in comparison to what they usually were.

"There you are. What are you doing here Har? What happened? Do you need a doctor?" Peter asked quickly, helping Harry to his feet.

"Ugh… Had to warn you… Had to tell you about him…" Harry slumped against his taller friend weakly.

"Yeah I know and now I have a nice scar from the Green Goblin as a gift. It's okay now; the Avengers have him locked up nice and tight. You're okay, he can't hurt anyone anymore." Peter promised.

"Then why do I feel so horrible?" Harry coughed.

"Come one, I'm sure Wade won't totally maim me for leaving him in Sex Ed." Peter grinned.

"Wade?" Harry asked confused.

"I'll tell you about him later, come on. Bruce, Tony and hell maybe Loki should be able to help you out. Everything is going to be okay Har." Peter promised, pulling out his StarkPhone and singlehandedly texting Wade that he had to skip to help out a friend and his dad that he needed him to come get him and Harry.

Quicker than Peter thought, Tony was out front with Bruce riding shotgun in one of his Audi's.

"Can you help him?" Peter asked after he helped Harry into the car and switched seats with Bruce, the doctor was inspecting the pale teen.

"I can know better when we get back to the tower." Bruce said with worry in his voice.

"Step on it Dad." Peter looked at his dad.

"Now you are talking my language." Tony grinned and pressed down on the gas pedal harder, Peter grinned as the tower sped into view.

Bruce and Peter supported Harry as Tony rushed ahead to get everything ready.

"You're going to be fine Harry, don't even worry about it. Bruce and Tony and sometimes Loki are the best at this sort of thing." Peter said soothingly.

"I trust you Pete." Harry gave the other teen a weak smile.

"Just lay down here Harry and we will figure out what is wrong with you." Bruce helped Harry sit on the bed.

"He's dying, that's what is wrong with him. The separation of the Goblin and him was extremely painful for him and his systems are shutting down. It's like his body is going into shock and it is kind of ironic. The illness that he was dying from before had been cured but now shock is doing him in." Loki spoke as he walked into the room.

"Thank you for that diagnosis Loki. Are you here to help or annoy?" Tony waltzed back into the room.

"A little of both." Loki smirked.

"You can annoy dad as much as you like, just do what you can to help Harry." Peter smiled, sending a smirk at his dad who just scoffed as Loki smiled widely.

"Let me work my magic." Loki placed his hand on Harry's forehead and the teen closed his eyes. "Hmm… This is pretty basic in comparison to what I did for the Winter Soldier."

A few more minutes passed by and the color came back into Harry's skin and he seemed to fill out like he looked like before if not healthier. Loki removed his hand from the teen's head and stepped away.

"How are you feeling Har?" Peter asked his friend.

"I feel… Good, better than I have for a long while actually. Whatever your friend did it… It's amazing… Thank you" Harry beamed at his friend and smiled at Loki who just nodded, not meeting the teen's eyes.

"You will be fine, you will live a long healthy life." Loki waved his hand before striding out of the room.

"Does he do that often?" Harry asked bemused.

"He has started to make a habit out of it yeah." Peter commented as the doors opened again and this time Wade was the one storming in.

"You left me alone in Sex Ed! You better have a damn good reason for skipping." Wade fumed, but stopped when he saw Harry. "And this is?"

"Harry Osborn, meet Wade Wilson. Wade this is the nice, good, normal half of the Green Goblin. I've known him since we were little and he just came back to take over Oscorp." Peter introduced the two.

"Hi…" Harry waved his hand slightly.

"Nice to meet you… You've known Pete since he was young huh? Please tell me you have some stories." Wade slung his arm around Harry's shoulder; the blue-eyed teen shook his head up and down. "Then I think we are going to get along beautifully."

"I think so too." Harry grinned back.

"Well I'm really screwed." Peter threw his hands up in defeat, Bruce and Tony just laughed at the sight before them.

"Are you guys sure you have to go…" Peter trailed off looking at Thor and Loki who were both decked out in their usual battle armor.

"Yes, Odin has ordered both of us back to help keep peace throughout the 9 realms." Thor said remorsefully.

"But didn't Odin banish him to earth?" Tony jerked his head towards Loki who just raised an eyebrow.

"Odin believes that Loki's skill set will be able to help out… If Loki remains on Misgard, he will be forced back by armed guards and the restriction on his magic will tighten more and more until it literally kills him…" Thor explained.

"No offence, but Odin is a prick." Peter huffed crossing his arms over his chest.

"Agreed, but I like my life as it is… So I will go with Thor of my own will." Loki said.

"Just be careful okay?" Peter pouted.

"Of course." Loki promised and let out a gasp as Peter wrapped his arms around the Norse God. He stayed still as he looked at Thor who just raised his eyebrows; the black haired god slowly wrapped his arms around Peter's smaller body.

"Just make sure you both come back alive okay." Peter muttered into Loki's chest.

"I'll make sure of it." Loki promised and Peter sniffed slightly before pulling back. Tony wrapped his arm over Peter's shoulders for comfort and the teen leaned his head against his dad's shoulder.

"Just be safe." Steve said to the two as the rest of them said goodbye to the two.

"We will be back my friends. Stay strong." Thor nodded at them and suddenly a rainbow beam of light hit the duo and they disappeared, leaving just an imprint of Asgardian symbols in its wake.

"…So this is a regular occurrence around here then?" Bucky spoke up.

"Give or take a rainbow bridge or two." Natasha said breezily as she sauntered back inside the tower.
